Heating & Air Conditioning in Kettering, OH
Family-owned HVAC service in Kettering — just south of Dayton.
Kettering is one of the Dayton area's biggest suburbs, and a lot of its homes were built in the decades after the war. Homes that age were built around an older generation of equipment, so a new furnace or AC has to be sized and fitted to the house you actually have, not the one on a spec sheet.
Our family drives down from Troy for Kettering calls because the work keeps bringing us back. Whether it's a no-heat call on a cold morning or a planned system replacement, you get a straight answer on repair versus replace and a clean install when it's time.
