Heating & Air Conditioning in Centerville, OH
Family-owned HVAC service in Centerville — south of Kettering.
Centerville mixes some of the oldest homes in the Dayton area, around its historic crossroads, with neighborhoods of larger, newer houses. Older homes often need careful work to fit modern equipment, and bigger homes can have two systems or long duct runs that need a balanced setup to keep every floor comfortable.
We service, repair and replace furnaces and air conditioners for Centerville homeowners, and we keep the same family-business approach we use at home in Troy: show up when we say we will, explain what we find, and price it up front.

What Centerville customers say
“Legacy recently came to my home to perform a maintenance service and found some serious problems with the system. They really did some digging to find the actual problem and fixed it promptly with an extremely fair estimate. An excellent company to rely on. Thanks!”
“Nolen did an excellent job analyzing, diagnosing and repairing the problem on our Heat Pump.”
“Phil told me I didn't need a new system, all I needed was a new thermostat. Saved me a ton. Thanks for being so honest.”
